What kind of file format do we work with?
Please submit your original document in Microsoft Word or Apple Pages format and clearly mark all the parts that need to be translated.
Other important notes:
- We may contact you to go over your order if there is anything unclear.
- Your original document can be in either Simplified Chinese characters or Traditional Chinese characters.
- we are not able to translate certain types of material, for example: legal or religious documents.
- Your order will be cancelled if the quantity or file format are incorrect, and you will be issued a refund, minus a 15% processing fee.
